Stakeholder Engagement


  • Weekly face-to-face meeting with the NDIS Participant and the SA Disability Co Area Team Leader and the Service Manager.

  • Monthly written stakeholder report from SA Disability Co on the NDIS Participant which details their progress and if applicable, any proposed changes in care. It additionally allows us to touch base with our stakeholders to ensure the NDIS Participant’s Goals are being worked towards.

  • Quarterly face-to-face group meeting with the NDIS Participant, their stakeholders/loved ones and the SA Disability Co Service Manager. This allows us to sit down and discuss in detail the NDIS Participants Goals, and how these are being worked towards.

Team Members

Our Disability Support Workers are our greatest asset in the entire company. All of our Disability Support Workers are qualified, trained and experienced, and have a deep personal level of understanding, care and compassion towards our NDIS Participants. They are also trained and qualified to work with NDIS Participants who also have behaviours of concern and can assist and offer support towards implementing behaviour support plans.

Our Disability Support Workers are from various backgrounds, genders and age. We strive to find the right Disability Support Worker for each of our NDIS Participants as we want it to be a long-lasting, enjoyable and fruitful relationship that is mutually beneficial.

Our Disability Support Workers are assisted by our leadership team who assist with reporting, rostering, compliance etc. Our leadership team consists of team of Service Managers, Support Worker Team Leaders and general administration team members who exist to ensure our NDIS Participants are happy, our Disability Support Workers continue to enjoy their work without disruption and our stakeholders are engaged and in the loop.

We all work towards our common goal of SA Disability Co being a leading, respected and highly sort-after NDIS provider within the South Australia community, where every individual is valued, and their unique needs are met.
